Lilly Latruvo BLA Approval Revoked

Federal Register notice: FDA has announced it is revoking approval of an Eli Lilly BLA for Lartruvo (olaratumab), indicated for combination use with doxorubicin for treating adult patients with soft tissue sarcoma with a histologic subtype for which an anthracycline-containing regimen is appropriate and which is not amenable to curative treatment with radiotherapy or surgery. The company requested the accelerated-approval drug be withdrawn after a required confirmatory study did not meet the primary endpoints of overall survival. To view the notice, click here.
