FDA has posted online a question-and-answer document with information on how to implement drug manufacturing and site changes as well as reporting to the application during the Covid-19 pandemic. Questions answered in the [document](https://www.fda.gov/drugs/coronavirus-covid-19-drugs/manufacturing-and-supply-chain-covid-19?ref=fdaweb.com) involve: 

- adding or changing a facility in an application due to pandemic-related supply chain disruptions;
- data required to support a manufacturing process or facility change;
- filing an application that includes facilities in regions affected by pandemic travel restrictions; and
- FDA’s response to applications including facilities that cannot be inspected due to travel restrictions.
