*Federal Register* notice: FDA has announced the medical device user fee rates and payment procedures for fiscal year 2023\. For example, here are some of the more common standard fee rates:

- PMA/BLA/PDP: $441,547
- Efficacy (BLA) supplement: $441,547
- Panel-track supplement: $353,238
- De novo classification request: $132,464
- 180-day supplement: $66,232
- Real-time supplement: $30,908
- 510(k) premarket notification submission: $19,870
