Meeting on User Fee Programs Financial Transparency

Federal Register notice: FDA has announced a 6/8 public meeting entitled “Financial Transparency and Efficiency of the Prescription Drug User Fee Act, Biosimilar User Fee Act, and Generic Drug User Fee Amendments.” It will provide an update on topics related to the financial management of the drug, biosimilar, and generic drug user fee programs. Topics include the five-year financial plans for each of the programs and the agency’s progress toward implementing resource capacity planning and modernizing its time reporting approach.
