# Mylan Says Morgantown Plant Remediation Underway

Mylan says a comprehensive restructuring and remediation plan is underway at its Morgantown, WV, drug manufacturing facility. Reference to the plan was included in the company’s comment on an FDA 11/9 Warning Letter that was based on observations at the plant in April. “The issues raised in the Warning Letter are being addressed within the context of this plan,” the company [statement](https://www.marketwatch.com/press-release/mylan-statement-in-response-to-fda-warning-letter-relating-to-morgantown-plant-2018-11-20?ref=fdaweb.com) says. “We have been in regular communication with FDA and will continue to work to ensure that the agency is satisfied with the steps we have taken to resolve all the points raised in the Warning Letter.”
