# Natural Adventure Warned on Hand Sanitizer

FDA has issued a [Warning Letter ](https://www.fda.gov/inspections-compliance-enforcement-and-criminal-investigations/warning-letters/natural-adventure-llc-612267-04012021?ref=fdaweb.com)to Natural Adventure (Miramar, FL) after reviewing its Web site ([*www.mynaturaladventure.com*](http://www.mynaturaladventure.com/?ref=fdaweb.com)*)* and social media sites and determining its hand sanitizers are unapproved new drugs. In the letter, FDA objected to numerous claims the company made regarding its products. For example, one claim it objected to said: “CORONAVIRUS, CORVID \[*sic*\] 19, ESSENTAIL \[*sic*\] OIL, HAND SANITIZER, RAVINTSARA... 6 Reasons to Use Ravintsara Essential Oil During the Coronavirus Outbreak and Beyond.” The agency told the company to take immediate action to cease the sale of any unapproved and unauthorized products.
