Neo Tect Kit Not Withdrawn Due to Safety/Efficacy

Federal Register notice: FDA has determined that CIS Bio International’s Neo Tect Kit was not withdrawn from sale for safety or effectiveness reasons. The determination will allow FDA to approve ANDAs that reference the product if all other legal and regulatory requirements are met. The scintigraphic imaging agent is intended to identify somatostatin receptor-bearing pulmonary masses in patients presenting with pulmonary lesions on computed tomography or chest xray who have known malignancy or who are highly suspect for malignancy.
