# New FDA Concerns at Dr. Reddy’s Srikakulam Plant

India’s Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories says that an FDA inspection led to two more agency concerns with its Srikakulam drug manufacturing facility. *The Times of India* [reports](http://linkis.com/indiatimes.com/0TJuT?ref=fdaweb.com) that the company received an FDA-483 outlining the concerns and said it was addressing them. The company did not say what the concerns were.

The newspaper says that the plant is one of Dr. Reddy’s main facilities for producing active pharmaceutical ingredients and was the subject of a 2015 FDA Warning Letter for inadequate quality control practices. The company said it has been working to improve processes at the facility since receiving the Warning Letter.
