# No Info from Singapore Drug Company

FDA says Wipro Unza Singapore Private, Limited, in Winsland House II, Singapore, which is registered with the agency as a manufacturer of over-the-counter drug products, failed to respond to FDA requests for records. A 12/21/2023 [Warning Letter](https://www.fda.gov/inspections-compliance-enforcement-and-criminal-investigations/warning-letters/wipro-unza-singapore-private-limited-660735-12212023?ref=fdaweb.com) says the company failed to respond to two requests for records.

“We acknowledge your registration with FDA expired on 12/31/2022, and your consultant communicated with the agency that you would not ship drug products either directly or indirectly to the United States,” the letter says. It also notes that it is illegal to refuse to permit access to or copying of any record required by law. All products manufactured by the company were placed on an 8/11/2023 Import Alert.

The company was told to respond to the Warning Letter and was told it may provide information for FDA to consider as it continues to assess the company’s activities and practices and/or submit a request to schedule an agency inspection.
