*Federal Register* notice: FDA is withdrawing a 9/30 notice that announced in error the issuance of a priority review voucher to a rare pediatric disease product sponsor. In the withdrawn [notice](https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2021/09/30/2021-21311/issuance-of-priority-review-voucher-rare-pediatric-disease-product?ref=fdaweb.com), the agency wrongly determined that a Enzyvant Therapeutics BLA Rethymic (allogeneic processed thymus tissue-agdc) met criteria for a priority review voucher. The BLA, seeking an indication for treating immune reconstitution in pediatric patients with congenital athymia, is still under review and the user fee review action target date is 10/8\.
