*Federal Register* notice: FDA has determined that Nuplazid (pimavanserin tartrate) tablet (equivalent 17 mg base) was not withdrawn due to safety or effectiveness concerns. The determination allows the agency to approve ANDAs that reference the product if all other legal and regulatory requirements are met. Nuplazid is an atypical antipsychotic indicated for treating hallucinations and delusions associated with Parkinson’s disease psychosis.
