Office of New Drugs Name Changes

CDER says that the approved restructuring of the Office of New Drugs (OND) created offices that align interrelated disease areas and divisions with clearer and more focused areas of expertise. As a result, an online notice says, the names of the OND offices and divisions have changed. CDER says sponsors will be notified if there is a change in signatory or point of contact for applications currently under review. The notice gives start dates for each phase of the reorganization.
