*Federal Register* notice: FDA is publishing a list of information collections that have been approved by the Office of Management and Budget under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995\. They are:  
  
- Infant Formula Requirements (OMB control # 0910–0256)
- Shortages Data Collection (OMB control # 0910–0491)
- Guidance on Labeling for Natural Rubber Latex Condoms (OMB control # 0910–0633)
- Section 513(g) Requests for Information (OMB control # 0910–0705)
