OMB Approves Several Information Collections

Federal Register notice: FDA is publishing a list of information collections that have been approved by the Office of Management and Budget. Collections approved include Biological Products: Reporting of Biological Product Deviations and Human Cells; Tissues, and Cellular and Tissue-Based Product Deviations; Form FDA 3486 and Addendum, 3486A; Designation of New Animal Drugs for Minor Use or Minor Species; and Unique Device Identification System, among others.
