*Federal Register* notice: FDA is announcing a 10/5 Oncologic Drugs Advisory Committee meeting to discuss an Amgen supplemental NDA for Lumakras (sotorasib) tablets that seeks to convert the previous accelerated approval to full approval for treating adult patients with KRAS G12C mutated locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, as determined by an FDA approved test, who have received at least one prior systemic therapy.
