*Federal Register* notice: FDA has issued a three-year debarment order against **Poornanand Palaparty** for providing services in any capacity to a person that has an approved or pending drug product application. FDA based the order on a finding that Dr. Palaparty, an oncologist, was convicted of a misdemeanor after pleading guilty to receiving and distributing between 2004 and 2009 prescription oncology drugs from a distributer located in Canada.
