Oncology Panel to Reviw 4 Pediatric Study Plans

Federal Register notice: FDA has announced a 6/17-18 Oncologic Drugs Advisory Committee meeting through an online teleconferencing platform. On 6/17, Salarius Pharmaceuticals will present pediatric development plans for SP 2577, and Celgene will present similar plans for marizomib. Both investigational products are under development for an adult oncology indication. On 6/18, information from two companies will be presented about pediatric development plans for two products — Tessa Therapeutics’ CD30.CAR–T and Syndax Pharmaceuticals’ SNDX–5613.
