# OPDP Hits Outlook Pharma on Google Search Link

CDER’s Office of Prescription Drug Promotion (OPDP) has issued Outlook Pharmaceuticals a [Warning Letter](https://www.fda.gov/media/135684/download?ref=fdaweb.com) over a “sponsored link” on Google’s search engine for Procentra (dextroamphetamine sulfate) oral solution because there is no risk information included in the link. The drug is indicated for treating Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

OPDP says the sponsored link is troubling because it creates a misleading impression about Procentra’s safety, a Schedule II controlled substance “used in the vulnerable pediatric patient population, and bears a Boxed Warning that describes the high potential for abuse, that administration of amphetamines for prolonged periods of time may lead to drug dependence, and states that misuse may cause sudden death and serious cardiovascular adverse events.” The link also fails to present the required established name, which misbrands ProCentra, FDA says.

The sponsored link included the claim: “ Explore Your ADHD Medication Options For Your Child.” However, FDA says it failed to communicate any risk information. It also used claims such as, “Liquid Treatment Option” and “Bubblegum Flavor” without discussing the risk information, it says.
