# OTC Drug User Fee Rates Announced

*Federal Register* notice: FDA is announcing the user fee rates under the Over-the-Counter (OTC) Monograph Drug User Fee Program for fiscal year 2021\. The fee for a OTC Monograph Order Request Tier 1 is $500,000 and Tier 2 is $100,000\. Tier 1 requests include new OTC monograph drug ingredients, new indications, and new ingredient combinations, whereas all other requests default to Tier 2\.
