Outlook Resubmits ONS-5010 BLA

Outlook Therapeutics says it has resubmitted to FDA a BLA for its ONS-5010 (Lytenava) (bevacizumab-vikg) to treat wet age-related macular degeneration. Company officials say they have worked for the past three months to provide the additional information FDA required that was not in the 3/2022 BLA submission and to address agency requests to ensure that the BLA is complete for acceptance and review.

ONS-5010 is described as an investigational ophthalmic formulation of bevacizumab under development to be administered as an intravitreal injection to treat wet age-related macular degeneration and other retinal diseases.
