*Federal Register* notice: FDA is issuing an order permanently debarring **Jessica Palacio** from providing services in any capacity to a person that has an approved or pending drug product application. The order is based on Palacio’s felony conviction for false statements she gave to FDA as the study coordinator for clinical trials from 2013 to 2015 at Unlimited Medical Research.
