FDA says Pfizer has recalled five lots of Accupril (quinapril HCl) due to the presence of N-nitroso-quinapril observed in recent testing above the acceptable daily limit level. An agency [announcement](https://www.fda.gov/safety/recalls-market-withdrawals-safety-alerts/pfizer-voluntary-nationwide-recall-lots-accuprilr-quinapril-hcl-due-n-nitroso-quinapril-content?ref=fdaweb.com) says that to date the company is not aware of reports of adverse events that have been assessed to be related to the recall.
