# Pharmakon Recalls 1 Lot of Super-potent Morphine

> Pharmakon has recalled one lot of its morphine sulfate 0.5 mg/mL preservative free in 0.9% sodium chloride 1 mL syringe because the product is super-potent. The agency has received three serious adverse event reports involving three infants that are associated with the use of the recalled morphine sulfate product.
