FDA has released the form FDA-483 issued following a 3/30-4/8 inspection at Pharmaneek, an Indianapolis, IN, producer of non-sterile drug products. The form FDA-483 says the specific inspection observations were:

- production of hazardous drugs without providing adequate containment, segregation, and/or cleaning of work surfaces, utensils, and/or personnel to prevent cross-contamination; and
- failure to confirm that the quality of water was suitable for its intended use in the production of non-sterile drug products.
