Process for Publishing Covid-19 EUAs

Federal Register notice: FDA has announced its process for publishing FDA Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs) for medical devices related to the Covid-19 public health emergency. FDA is not publishing a separate Notice of Availability (NOA) for each Covid–19 related EUA, but instead it intends to publish periodically a consolidated NOA. This will announce the availability of all the Covid–19 related EUAs for medical devices that issued during the relevant period. To view the notice, click here.
