Public Meeting on Device User Fees Reauthorization

Federal Register Notice: FDA has announced an 11/2 public meeting on “Medical Device User Fee Amendments (MDUFA)” that will discuss proposed recommendations for reauthorizing the program for fiscal years 2018 through 2022. The current legislative authority for MDUFA expires 10/1/2017. The meeting will be held at FDA’s White Oak campus (Silver Spring, MD). After the meeting, public comment will be accepted for 30 days.
