# Public Workshop on Drug Integrated Assessments

FDA has announced a 10/30 virtual [public workshop](https://www.fda.gov/drugs/news-events-human-drugs/integrated-assessment-marketing-applications-virtual-workshop-10302020-10302020?utm%5Fmedium=email&utm%5Fsource=govdelivery) on “New Drugs Regulatory Program Modernization: Implementation of the Integrated Assessment of Marketing Applications and Integrated Review Documentation.” The event is intended to solicit public feedback on characteristics of the integrated review document and how the integrated assessment can continue to support stakeholders’ needs.

The new integrated review document replaces the current documentation, which included a separate review document authored by each review discipline, according to FDA. It also replaces the multidisciplinary review in which each discipline provided a separate review section but within a single review document.

At the meeting, FDA says it is interested in hearing stakeholder comparisons of the integrated review to previous reviews, including if there is any information that is difficult locating. It is also interested in specific recommendations about any areas of the integrated review documentation of the integrated assessment that can be improved to meet the needs of stakeholders.
