# Qardio ECG Monitor/Capture Device Cleared

FDA has cleared a Qardio 510(k) for its QardioCore ambulatory *electrocardiogram* (ECG) device for holter monitoring applications, including its use with QardioMD, a cloud-based remote patient monitoring application. The device is intended to capture continuous ECG rhythms. It also displays full-disclosure ECG reports and may be used under the care of a physician to identify arrhythmias, the company says. QardioMD also integrates with electronic health records and other digital health platforms, and reports may be exported.
