FDA has published a draft guidance, *E14 and S7B Clinical and Nonclinical Evaluation of QT/QTc Interval Prolongation and Proarrythmic Potential—Questions and Answers*. The [document](https://www.fda.gov/regulatory-information/search-fda-guidance-documents/e14-and-s7b-clinical-and-nonclinical-evaluation-qtqtc-interval-prolongation-and-proarrhythmic?ref=fdaweb.com) contains revisions to sections 5.1 and 6.1 of the current questions and answers for the International Council for Harmonization’s ICH E14 and new questions and answers for ICH S7B.
