# Ram Pharma Gets Form-483 After Inspection

FDA has released a [Form-483](https://www.fda.gov/media/131285/download?ref=fdaweb.com) from a July inspection at Ram Pharma’s Idaho Falls, ID outsourcing facility. According to the inspection observations, aseptic processing areas were found deficient, particularly the system for monitoring environmental conditions. The agency also cited the firm’s system for cleaning and disinfecting the equipment to produce aseptic conditions. And FDA said there is no written testing program designed to assess the stability characteristics of drug products.
