*Federal Register* notice: FDA has determined for patent extension purposes the regulatory review period for Angel Medical Systems’ AngelMed Guardian System, a device indicated for use in patients who have had prior acute coronary syndrome events and who remain at high risk for recurrent events. The regulatory review period is 4,037 days, of which 2,916 days occurred during the testing phase and 1,121 days during the approval phase.
