*Federal Register* Notice: FDA has determined the regulatory review period for Glaxo’s Breo Ellipta is 1,980 days for extending a patent which claims the human drug product. Breo Ellipta (vilanterol trifenate; fluticasone furoate) is indicated for long-term, once-daily maintenance treatment of airflow obstruction and for reducing exacerbations in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
