Revised Medical Policy Council MAPP

CDER has published a revised Manual of Policies and Procedures (MAPP) describing the organization, membership, responsibilities, and procedures for the Medical Policy Council (MPC). The MAPP says the MPC will provide senior support to CDER on medical policy development including:

leadership oversight and medical policy management for the Center;
attention to and management of essential Center cross-cutting medical policy issues;
advocacy for the activities of the MPC and its working groups; and
communication to both internal and external stakeholders on the medical policy decisions made by the council.
