# ‘Robust’ Responses in Moderna Covid Booster

Moderna says that “robust antibody responses” have been observed in a Phase 2 study of a third dose/booster of its mRNA-1273 Covid vaccine. In a portfolio [update](https://investors.modernatx.com/news-releases/news-release-details/moderna-announces-significant-advances-across-industry-leading?ref=fdaweb.com), the company also says it completed the rolling submission process for a BLA for the Covid vaccine.

In development, it says, is a combination vaccine candidate for the Covid-19 vaccine plus a flu vaccine candidate. Also in development is a pediatric combination vaccine for Moderna’s RSV (respiratory syncytical virus) vaccine candidate with its hMPV (human metapneumovirus) vaccine candidate.

The document also lists updates in infectious diseases, oncology, cardiovascular, and rare diseases.
