Royal Philips’ Zenition 30 Imager Cleared

FDA has cleared a Royal Philips 510(k) for its Philips Zenition 30 mobile C-arm imaging device. The company says the device features greater C-arm flexibility, control, and personalization that reduces dependency on technician support. “Advanced imaging algorithms contribute to outstanding image quality for procedure confidence, coupled with X-ray dose efficiency for enhanced staff and patient safety,” it adds.

The device also features automatic workflow customization, automatically adjusting to an individual surgeon’s preferred settings and way of working from the moment they log on, Royal Philips says. “Fewer manual adjustments contribute to smoother procedures and more first-time-right imaging,” it says.
