Sage Therapeutics says it is reorganizing its business operations, including a 40% workforce reduction, to better support the expected launch of Zurzuave (zuranolone) to treat women with postpartum depression in late 2023\. A company [statement](https://investor.sagerx.com/node/13131/pdf?ref=fdaweb.com) says the reorganization also will refine its pipeline development efforts to advance SAGE-718 and SAGE-324 as well as pause certain earlier-stage programs to make evidence-driven investments.
