# Sarepta Sells Priority Voucher for $102 Million

Sarepta Therapeutics has sold for $102 million its Rare Pediatric Disease Priority Review Voucher that was awarded last month after gaining accelerated approval for Elevidys (delandistrogene moxeparvovec-rokl) for treating ambulatory pediatric patients aged four through five years with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The company did not disclose the buyer of the voucher. Sarepta says it will invest the proceeds into its research and development efforts to support the development of new therapies.
