*Federal Register* notice: FDA is issuing an order permanently debarring **Jonathan R. Shaver** from providing services in any capacity to a person that has an approved or pending drug product application. The FDA action is based on Shaver’s felony conviction for conspiring to distribute misbranded and counterfeit cough syrup between 4/2015 and 1/2019 while working for Woodfield Pharmaceutical.
