# Silver Star Brands Recalls ‘Contaminated’ Products

Silver Star Brands has recalled six products for humans (including four Native Remedies and two Healthful Naturals and two PetAlive products after testing found microbial contamination. “Administration or use of drug products with microbial contamination could potentially result in increased infections that may require medical intervention and could result in infections that could be life threatening to certain individuals and animals,” a [recall notice](https://www.fda.gov/Safety/Recalls/ucm622488.htm?utm%5Fcampaign=FDA%20MedWatch%20Recall%20Notice%20-Human%20and%20Animal%20Drug%20Products&utm%5Fmedium=email&utm%5Fsource=Eloqua&elqTrackId=01ab90f9396a404a952c78ff7157169c&elq=5255caf2bbee497f8c1e2ca1c101d3c0&elqaid=5382&elqat=1&elqCampaignId=4305) says. To date, Silver Star Brands says it has not received any reports of adverse events related to the recall.
