**Johnson & Johnson Consumer** has successfully completed the acquisition of Vogue International LLC, a privately-held company focused on the marketing, development and distribution of salon-influenced and nature inspired hair care and other personal care products, for $3.3 billion in cash.  
  
**Icagen, Inc.** says it has acquired **Sanofi**’s ultra high-throughput biology, screening and chemistry capabilities and research facility in Oro Valley, AZ. The acquisition includes an agreement between Icagen and Sanofi to collaborate in a multi-year services contract for long term discovery services. Icagen President and CEO, **Richard Cunningham** says as part of the agreement, Icagen will manage an extensive Sanofi compound library, making it accessible, under specific conditions, to a broader number of partners and increasing the potential for drug discovery.

Brisbane, Australia-based **ImpediMed Ltd.** announces that it is partnering with **Vanderbilt University** for a series of patient and clinician human factors testing for the company’s next generation technology platform. The company says researchers at the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing will test the hardware design and software user interfaces of ImpediMed’s latest bioimpedance spectroscopy technology platform for both patients and clinicians.

**BrainStorm Cell Therapeutics** says results from a recently completed U.S. randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase 2 Study of NurOwn in Patients with ALS showed that the study achieved its primary objective, demonstrating that NurOwn was safe and well tolerated. The company says NurOwn also achieved multiple secondary efficacy endpoints.
