**Celgene** has agreed to acquire for $7 billion **Impact Biomedicines** and its JAK inhibitor program targeting myelofibrosis. Privately-held Impact is developing fedratinib, a highly selective JAK2 kinase inhibitor, for patients with treatment-naïve myelofibrosis, a bone marrow disorder that disrupts normal production of blood cells. Impact picked up fedratinib from **Sanofi**, which shed the development program on 2013.

**Baxter International** has agreed to acquire two hemostat and sealant products from **Mallinckrodt —** Recothrom Thrombin topical (recombinant), the first and only stand-alone recombinant thrombin, and Preveleak Surgical Sealant, which is used in vascular reconstruction. The products complement Baxter’s existing portfolio of sealants for cardiovascular and other surgical specialties.

**Celularity** has agreed to aquire **Alliqua**’s wound care business for $29 million. The transaction includes Biovance amniotic membrane allograft and Interfyl Human Connective Tissue Matrix, and the UltraMist Therapy System and other therapeutic ultrasound platform products. The asset purchase agreement includes all intellectual property and all license, marketing, development and supply agreements related to these businesses.

**RTI Surgical** has agreed to acquire **Zyga Technology Inc.**, a spine-focused medical device company that develops and produces minimally invasive devices to treat underserved conditions of the lumbar spine. Zyga Technology’s primary product is the SImmetry Sacroiliac Joint Fusion System. Terms of the deal are undisclosed.
