**Pfizer** has agreed to sell its global infusion therapy business to **ICU Medical** for $1 billion in cash and stock. Pfizer had acquired the hospital infusion system business, which has annual sales of about $1.2 billion, through its $15 billion purchase of Hospira in 2015.

**Boston Scientific** has launched a tender offer for all shares of **EndoChoice Holdings** at a price of $8.00 per share. EndoChoice is a medical technology company focused on the manufacturing and commercialization of platform technologies including endoscopic imaging systems, devices and infection control products and pathology services for specialists treating a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, including colon cancer.

**AstraZeneca** has entered into an agreement with **Cilag GmbH**, an affiliate of **Johnson & Johnson**, for the divestment of the rights to Rhinocort Aquaoutside the U.S. The nasal spray is indicated for allergic and non-allergic rhinitis, and for the treatment of nasal polyps. The agreement allows AstraZeneca to concentrate its respiratory product efforts on asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Under the agreement, Cilag will pay $330 million to AstraZeneca.

**Sanofi Genzyme** has been awarded an HHS Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority $37.6 million contract to supply and manage inventory for Leukine, which is under development for treating acute radiation syndrome. Leukine (sargramostim) is currently approved for use following induction chemotherapy in older adult patients with acute myelogenous leukemia, and for use in certain bone marrow transplant patients.
