> **Arena Pharmaceuticals GmbH** and **Roivant Sciences** have entered into a development, marketing and supply agreement for nelotanserin, Arena’s inverse agonist of the 5-HT2A receptor. The agreement will give exclusive worldwide rights to develop and commercialize nelotanserin to Roivant. Roivant says it will begin additional Phase 2 clinical trials for treating behavioral and neuropsychiatric disturbances, including psychoses, in patients with dementia and other neurological diseases.

> **ImThera Medical** says the first two obstructive sleep apnea patients in its THN3 Clinical Study (Targeted Hypoglossal Neurostimulation Study #3) were recently implanted with the aura6000 System. It is based on the company’s THN Sleep Therapy technology, consisting of two implantable components, a small rechargeable pulse generator placed under the skin near the collarbone, and a multi-electrode lead placed in the upper neck to stimulate the hypoglossal nerve increasing muscle tone of multiple tongue muscles and preventing the tongue from collapsing into the upper airway during sleep.
