**Eagle Pharmaceuticals** has entered into an agreement to acquire drug formulation and delivery company **Arsia Therapeutics** for $30 million. Arsia’s technology is designed to allow subcutaneous administration of high-dose biologics. The technology comprises a library of excipients that disrupt interactions between protein molecules without interfering with the proteins themselves, and reduce viscosity of the biologics.

**Innovus Pharmaceuticals** has entered into an exclusive license and distribution agreement with **Elis Pharmaceuticals** for Elis to market and sell Zestra for female arousal and desire in Lebanon. Innovus Pharma is eligible to receive up to $2.25 million in sales milestone payments plus an agreed-upon transfer price.

**APR Applied Pharma Research** has licensed its Nexodyn AOS Wound Care Solution to Italian pharmaceutical company **Angelini**. Nexodyn is designed to help cleanse and moisten wound environments by removing dirt, debris and foreign material by flushing across the wound. It is intended for use to treat acute and chronic dermal lesions (such as leg ulcers, post-surgical wounds or 1st and 2nd degree burns) and minor cuts, burns, skin irritations and superficial abrasions.

**SFS Group AG** has agreed to acquire **Tegra Medical**, a medical device contract manufacturer for undisclosed terms. The acquisition positions Tegra Medical to add increased capabilities from SFS such as micro molding and cold forming.
