Tahsildar Debarred for 2 Years Over Canadian Drugs

Federal Register notice: FDA has issued an order debarring Hassan Tahsildar for two years from providing services to a person that has an approved or pending drug product application. The order is based on his conviction of a misdemeanor for causing the introduction or delivery of misbranded drugs into interstate commerce. The agency says Tahsildar purchased and received prescription oncology drugs from Canada, which he admitted caused the introduction into interstate commerce of drugs that were misbranded because their labeling did not bear adequate directions for use.
