User Fee Financial Details Virtual Meeting

Federal Register notice: FDA has announced a 6/22 virtual public meeting entitled “Financial Transparency and Efficiency of the Prescription Drug User Fee Act, Biosimilar User Fee Act, and Generic Drug User Fee Amendments.” The meeting will include presentations from FDA on the five-year plans for drug, biosimilar and generic drug user fee programs. Presentations will also address the agency’s progress in implementing resource capacity planning and modernized time reporting. Additionally, the meeting will discuss the agency’s progress in addressing findings from an independent third party evaluation of the resource management associated with the user fee programs.
