# Visibly At-Home Vision Test Cleared

FDA has cleared a Visibly 510(k) for its Visibly Digital Acuity Product (VDAP), an at-home digital vision testing platform for determining visual acuity. The on-demand, self-administered visual acuity test uses a combination of a touchscreen mobile device and computer connected to the internet, and it can be completed in about six minutes, according to the company. “Completed vision test results are made available to eye care professionals immediately and securely, helping them evaluate the best course of action for each patient,” the company says.
