A December CDER Webinar for NDA applicants and holders, patent holders, and regulatory professionals explains updates made to forms FDA 3542a and 3542\. The [presentation](https://www.fda.gov/drugs/development-approval-process-drugs/demand-webinar-what-new-forms-fda-3542a-and-3542?ref=fdaweb.com) by CDER’s **Alicia Chen** says the forms were updated to **(1)** reduce the time needed to complete and process the forms, **(2)** update certain form fields in response to common errors, and **(3)** provide technical fixes to streamline form completion.

The Webinar explains the updates and walks participants through a mock completion of 3542.
