FDA is announcing a 6/10 virtual public workshop entitled “Orthopedic Device Postmarket Review.” The workshop is intended to discuss FDA’s postmarket programs and activities related to orthopedic devices, such as recalls, Medical Device Reporting, post-approval and postmarket surveillance studies, inspections, and postmarket approval reporting. “Presenters will discuss potential strategies to address challenges in these areas and ongoing analysis and trends to help orthopedic device stakeholders strategize and implement various corrective actions and design changes,” an [agency notice ](https://www.fda.gov/medical-devices/workshops-conferences-medical-devices/virtual-public-workshop-orthopedic-device-postmarket-review-06102021-06102021?ref=fdaweb.com)says.
